This page allows you to customize your order in the way that you can choose the number of remote dongles or Apps, number of subscription licenses and the length of subscriptions, according to your need. A home proxy dongle is always included in your order and cannot be changed in this purchasing process.

In a normal setup, you will have one home proxy dongle to be setup at your home. At remote location you travel to, you can have another dongle (so called remote dongle) to connect multiple devices back to home dongle. You can also use AlwaysHome Mobile App on mobile devices to access home dongle directly without using the remote dongle. The different between using a remote dongle and using App only is that the remote dongle support multiple mobile devices at the same time, while the App account can only be used to connect one device at a time (no concurrency).

Each dongle, including home dongle and remote dongle(s) need to be paid for. Also, each remote dongle needs to be paid for subscription license. Each App account (identified by an email address) also need to be paid for separate subscription license.

For example, David travels to Asia from time to time. He wants to keep watching US version of Netflix, Hulu and Xfinity shows when he travels. He setup a home dongle at his New York home and then installed AlwaysHome Mobile on his Mac computer. In Asia, he opens Mac computer, starts the App and then watches all the shows he wants just like at home. For David, he needs to buy a dongle hardware and then pay for a subscription license for App account to run on his Mac. (This is the standard Solo pack).

Another example, John lives in Dubai with his family. He setup one home dongle at Florida home and then at Dubai home, he setup a remote dongle for his Apple TV and other devices to connect back to Florida home. He also setup one remote dongle at his office. He also runs AlwaysHome App on his mobile so he can access Florida home network when he is on mobile. For John, he needs to buy one home dongle hardware, two dongle hardware with each has its own subscription and one extra subscription for his mobile App account. So totally three dongle hardware and three subscription licenses.
